We are super excited to introduce our first release from Manuel Marlo! This coffee is from Peru's amazing coffee region of Amazonas. When we first cupped this gesha it immediately stood out among all other Peruvian offerings on the table - showcasing exceptional depth, balance, and high floral note, which we couldn't pass it up.

Manuel is a new coffee producer to us, with a strong family tradition, and driven by ambition and passion to excel in specialty coffee. His profound appreciation for and meticulous approach to coffee processing result in exceptional clarity and quality. Manuel continually strives to elevate his cup scores, constantly cupping and tweaking processing throughout the year. He only selects the ripest cherries, ferments them for 18 hours, and carefully dries them for up to 30 days on a raised bed drying station. After careful milling and sorting, the beans are stored in hermetic bags for optimal preservation. The end result is one of the most stunning Peruvian coffees we've tasted.
