This crystal clear micro-lot comes by way of Emilio Villatoro from La Montaña farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Emilio has been working this small lot for over 20 years and has produced extremely high quality coffees from it. As soon as we tasted this coffee we immediately noticed its red apple, white grape, and apricot notes. This was quickly followed up by a light honey sweetness and finished off with beautiful sparkling acidity. If you like bright and extra clean coffees this will be your go to.
