This coffee is another stunning masterpiece from our friends at Cofinet. The 100% Castillo from the farm of Luz Helena Salazar in Quindio absolutely blew us away when we first tasted it. Not only is it a naturally processed Colombian coffee, it went through an anaerobic fermentation with the peels of mandarin oranges thrown in. This combination creates a massively intense tangerine, clementine, and Hi-C orange taste. The body is extra juicy and so sweet on the back end. We only have a small amount so it will go fast!
