We’re super excited to drop this rarely found SL-28 variety in the La Paz region of Honduras. Grown by Marysabel Caballero and Moisés Herrera - two of the most respected producers in the region - Finca El Puente has been releasing standout coffees for over 20 years, and this washed SL-28 might be one of their best yet.

Bright and sweet with layers of ripe plum, fresh lime, and silky milk chocolate, We’re also getting delicate floral notes - think jasmine or lilac -and depending on how you brew it, even touches of melon.

Massively versatile and easy to work with. Tastes amazing as a pour over, a single origin espresso, or however you like to brew. Hope you enjoy this one as much as we have!
